“This was easily pairing with my old iPhone 6 but does not pair with iPhone 8 +. iPhone 6 had 11 OS installed, so not sure what could be the compatibility issue here. Experts Suggest??”

We have tested these with both iPhone 8 and iPhone X and they paired correctly. Please delete device on iPhone and try a new pairing. If that does not solve it then there may be a problem with the headphones. Thank you.
