“I can't get my JVC HA-S35BT-B to pair with my laptop. I have updated Bluetooth drivers on my laptop which runs Windows 10 and nothing seems to work. The headphones are visible but won't pair. I feel like this has to be a driver/software issue, plz help!”

You may have exceeded the maximum amount of devices which can be paired to your laptop. Remove 1 or 2 others to see if they will pair. I had the same issue on my tablet. But this is no fault of the headphones.
