• Yes absolutely. I use it for my phone, tablet and Chromebook. Just wait until the blue and red lights flash together.

• It's Bluetooth if you computer or laptop are Bluetooth compatible then yes.

• As long as the laptop/desk top has Bluetooth the headphones will connect to it.
