- Answer It was very misleading, but when I went to the store they told there would have to be separate hook ups beside the radio.

QuestionI just had this installed at BestBuy on 02/21 at 5:00PM. After I got into my truck to check everything out, I could not find the controls for the XM radio. It says "Satellite Radio Ready" on the box and advertisements, however, I can't find the controls

- Answer To get Sirius XM you have to have a tuner installed in your car for it. If you do and the stereo was installed properly, it should come up when you click through the source options.

- Answer I had to buy a cover plate and that was it, your car may not need it.

QuestionI have a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 4wd, can ya'll do a diagnose manufacture alarm and electric problem in my avalanche? What'd happened, some so called car stereo company have mess up my electric it light inside like the interior light, etc.

- Answer If getting the new radio you would need to use the new power harness that comes with that new radio for the installation. The old harness of the older JVC radio will not work.

- Answer Sorry, the display lights cannot be turned off while the unit is in use. You can try adjusting the brightness level in the Display menu.
