I know you probably have tried to power off and power back on. In this situation, try unplugging the radio from the wiring harness if you are skilled enough to pull the radio out of its location. You can also try pulling the radio fuse from the fuse box that is assigned to the radio. When, or if you pull the radio out of its location and unplug the wiring harness, pull the fuse out from the back of the radio, and then re-insert, plug wiring harness back in and then see how the radio operates. If this doesn't help at all, check tp see if there is a demo version on the radio and make sure to turn it off. If not the case, you may have a defective radio and should have it replaced.
