“How can I connect both earbuds at the same time ? I’ve connected them but separately”

• I have found that the left one connects first, and that you need to hold the two next to each other until the right one connects to the left. The first time that I used them, I put them immediately into my ears, not realizing that they couldn't connect once in. Since I've followed letting them connect first, I have had no problems
