What is the proper way to use the ear phones null

it has on the earpiece like and L or and R for the ear side

Put the phones on the ears and run the cable down the left side to the radio or MP3 player on the arm or in the pocket. Much more stable and easy to use while hiking, etc.

I wear these on all of my outdoor activities connected to an iPod Nano. They have great sound, stay in place, and help motivate me to do more every time. Great buy!

Slide the clips over corresponding ear and the push the bud into the ear canal. Done.

They clip on your ears.
