No need to adjust. The cord goes down one side, and the other goes behind the neck. Easier to use, and less hassle that normal earphones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is the way its designed. The shorter one will go into one ear and you trace the cable on the back of your neck to reach the other ear. This way if either fall, they don't fall to the ground.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it is suppose to be like that. I put the wire behind my neck and the long wire runs down my left side into my phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That is not adjustable where the split from ear to ear happens. This is odd as my daughter said when she first started using them. She did quickly get used to it. This has become her favorite buds, which is saying a lot, since she has had at least 15 sets.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. One is to go around your neck and go into your other ear so it doesn't drag in front of you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can't adjust them. I believe the ear buds were designed that way to reduce wire bounce when working out. That's what I gather from the instructions that were included in the package.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You cannot adjust the length. If you put the clip on the side with the short ear bud and wrap the other one around your neck and put it on the opposite side you should not have any problem.
