Does this charging cable for an iPhone 7plus? null

I think it works for all Apple iPhones

May or may not. I had trouble with an iPhone SE 2nd gen. Really depends on the cable/block combination. Some work together some don’t. Either way never as fast as official apple but could be a decent backup.
