QuestionDoes this mount allow you to move the TV up and down on the mount? Another words is there an adjustment to lower the TV or raise the TV on the mount? I know it tilts and swivels.

QuestionDoes the mount include the bolts that attached to the TV or just the wall? I have both a Samsung 55" (UN55C8000XFXZA) and Samsung 55" (UN55RU8000XFXZA) but do n to have any bolts for attaching the TV.
