>>i'll be able to connect via Bluetooth and use any IOS app / youtube<< Correct. However, Bluetooth is audio only. Any video or viewable graphics would be seen on your iPhone. Alternatively, you can install an Android app, like YouTube, on the WK849 and watch and listen to everything on the WK849.
