Best Buy shipped me a new one and it was received within 1 week. This was a gift for my granddaughters. They both enjoy the machine....And the sound is good for the price of the item. Overall pleased with the quality.

Its ok....

Feel like the audio from the mics could be better. I am sure if you invested in more quality mics it would be. I like the ability to connect it to your Google account and just use YouTube. You can also download other karaoke apps as well if you want. I ended up returning it in the end due to the mic quality but it was fun the couple times my family and I used it. I would buy it again if I could have afforded better quality mics to use.

- A:Answer Compatibility is accomplished by connecting the headphone jack on your device to the AUX-in jack and setting the player to AUX mode. The players do not have a traditional Apple connector. You will not see lyrics on the karaoke screen when the song source is iPod, iPhone, tablets, etc. Lyrics can be viewed on your device screen.

- A:Answer The WK849 has an HDMI output. Assuming your AV receiver has an HDMI input, it should work. Otherwise, there may be an HDMI to your input converter available.

Q: QuestionWas just gifted the wk849 for classroom. I have connection to the internet and bluetooth. However, I am unable to add apps in order to allow students to sing with different apps. It says "unable to connect to google server." Can't use without apps!!!

- A:Answer Yes, you cab use without apps. Load content onto a USB stick or SD Card. However, there shouldn't be problems connecting to Google Playstore. If someone setup a previous WIFI connection, you may have to do a reset via menu to lose that setup. Being a school, does your Wi-Fi have any security limitations? As for Bluetooth, you should be able to connect easily as well. Tech support can be found at karaokeusa.com/cs
