  • QuestionWhat is the sensitivity rating? Are they wall mountable? Do you have more than one single picture of these speakers?

    Asked by slim.

    • Answer Per the installation manual (see the KEF web site): Sensitivity 2.83V/m = 91 dB (wall mounted) and 88dB (floor mounted). Some of the specs listed on the product page do not match the KEF installation manual. For example, the amplifier requirement is 10-150W and the frequency response is 80 Hz - 30 kHz. They are meant to be wall mounted, although they should come with desk mounts (which is not clear in the product description). There are floor mounts available (extra) which include a crossover circuit to compensate for not being wall mounted, but they are not inexpensive. The speakers should come with a thin metal wall mounting bracket or you can use the mounting holes in the back of the speakers. I have these speakers and used the metal brackets. The front of the speakers is about 1.5 inches from the wall so the brackets add very little depth. I use these speakers with a separate non-KEF subwoofer in a home theater surround system (4 T301s and a T301C) and am very pleased with the sound. And the looks....
