    Unmatched versatility — just perfect!

    I have these installed as front & rear high channels on one setup & elevation in another. The function switch on the speaker ensures they are optimized per use —making them incredibly versatile. Whether you want to use these as surrounds, height channels or elevation, they handle the test beautifully! An absolute must — especially if you're already using Klipsch Reference Premiere.

    Good sound quality but not perfect.

    The Klipsch RP-500SA II delivers impressive Atmos height effects with clear, detailed sound. The dual 5.25" drivers provide solid output and blend well with my existing setup. Build quality is excellent. Only knock: they can sound slightly harsh at higher volumes. Great value for immersive surround sound.

    Do you love being screamed at?

    High end is extremely aggressive on all Klipsch speakers, something I l wish I had known before buying into a 5.1.2 system. (RP-8000F II, RP-404C II, RP-500SA II and these RP-502S II) I began having ear pain within the first week, no amount of eq seems to tone them down. Within a day of packing the speakers up to return them the ear pain subsided. If you have even slightly sensitive ears, stay away from Klipsch. The best they sounded was after I packed them up for return. Back to my old Bower’s and Wilkins.

    Great surround sound speakers

    This is my first time purchasing some Klipsch speakers and I definitely love them. Great sound and easy to hookup. I would recommend using a thicker gauge speaker wire.
