- Key Specs
- Continuous Watts x Channel @ Ohms: 120W x 2 channels @ 8 ohms
- Maximum Watts x Channel @ Ohms: 250W x 1 @ 6 ohms (This is the maximum load the speaker, subwoofer or amp can drive.)
- Number of Channels: 9.2 (The number of discrete channels of sound output. This can be a single number or multiple numbers separated by decimal(s). The first number is the primary, horizontally directed audio channels. The number after the first decimal, if applicable, is the number of subwoofer outputs or channels. The number after the second decimal, if applicable, is the number of height or atmospheric channels designed to immerse the listener by producing overhead sound effects.)
- Number of Audio Zones: 3 (Audio zones, typically designated by rooms in a home, are areas in which all speakers are dependent on the same sound source. Whether a zone encompasses one or multiple rooms, the receiver or preamp/processor is used to control all aspects of its audio and is able to select which zones receive sound.)
- Audio Only Inputs: 5 x Analog audio, 1 x Coaxial digital audio, 1 x Optical digital audio, 1 x Analog audio, 1 x USB-A
- Audio/Video Inputs: 7 x HDMI 2.1 (The number and type of HDMI inputs the product has.)

- Video Pass-through: 2160 (4K), 1080, HDR, 3D (Devices with this feature allow video signals to travel from their source to a target device without alteration. For example, a receiver with 4K pass-through would allow 4K video signal from a Blu-ray player to pass to a target TV with surround sound; without the pass-through ability, the receiver would not allow both 4K video and surround sound to be transmitted simultaneously.)
- Maximum Supported Resolution (Video Passthrough): 4320p (8K) @ 60 Hz (The highest video resolution supported by the device for passing through video to another device.)
- Audio/Video Outputs: 2 x HDMI (The number and type of HDMI outputs the product has.)

Q: Does this receiver have bluetooth?
A: Yes, this receiver has bidirectional Bluetooth® wireless technology.
Q: Does each hdmi input support 4k at 120hz?
A: Officially, per specifications and confirmed by two product managers from Onkyo, Ports 1-3 support 4K120. Remaining ports do not.
A: That is not a simple question. The receiver supports 5.1.4 without any extra equipment needed. Plus, it can drive fairly difficult speakers. Also, depends on your budget and sound requirements. If you have 9 foot ceilings, you can go with speaker that have upward firing speakers built in or put ones on like Polk Reserve R900 Height Module Speaker as an example. If you want to go all out, you can have height speakers installed in your listening area. I would google 5.1.4 dolby atmos to research. I think any decent 5.1 setup where you can buy 4 more satellites for heights will be a good start. In ceiling speakers for heights is yet another option.
