You can connect Apple devices via an optional cable or Bluetooth. Only one device can be used with the stereo at a time, but it will allow switching between to two devices connected via Bluetooth without having to repair. Check the software version of your devices to insure proper compatibility.

Therefore you could do music from the iPod and hands free phone calls from the iPhone.. 2 phone connectivity is for Bluetooth so yes. and technically no not at the same time as if you received a phone call it would override the music from the other device for the phone call. but it is simple to switch back and forth if you wanted 2 people to play DJ.
