“Every time I shut of my DDX9703s radio I loose the time. It's alway the wrong time. Any ideas? Bob”

• It could be that the constant+ and switch wire are reversed so that's why everything gets erased when u turn car off

• The 9703 had an issue with the time setting and compass not working correctly but the latest firmware update took care of the issue with mine!
