“Had this unit installed yesterday by geek squad. My Uconnect infrared headphones are not working. Called the guy who did the install and he had nothing to say other than they should work. Any thoughts? Yes the batteries are good. Thanks!”

Most likely you are using a interface to adapt Uconnect to radio. Have you reached out to that company? We dont have any known issue with that model
