How do I know if this will work with my 2016 Honda CRV null

If the existing unit on the Honda is large enough to house the head unit it will work and well. I had it mounted on a Brand Old (sic) 2005 Mercury Grand marquis LS and the change in performance of the radio and the look are stunning.
