Need more detail from you. If using an external amp be sure it comes on when the 7706 is powered on. If not check for power to your amp, the amp trigger wire from the 7706, and power to your amp should come direct from the battery. If not using an external amp be sure to use the high-level outputs (hard-wired) and not the RCA jacks to connect your speakers. If all looks correct reset the 7706 through the unit setting controls, select "initialize".
