No, it does not. A quick google search or a look at the online product manual gives the information. I don't know why someone who identifies themselves as a "Kenwood Product Expert" would say that it does. Obviously, they aren't an expert.

DMX9707S does offer HD Radio, make sure HD Radio is offered in your area by visiting HD Radio's website.
