A:AnswerNo. To use Waze on the unit, you have to ‘cast’ it by using the app from Kenwood. I don’t use that feature anymore because it wasn’t as great as I thought it would be.
A:AnswerI had to purchase the KENWOOD camera because my vehicle didn’t have one at the time, but I think they can connect your factory camera to it. Not 100% sure though.
A:AnswerYes... Just had it installed in my 2011 Toyota 4runner, but I had to add the iDatalink Maestro SW ADS-MSW Universal Steering Wheel Integration Module... And BB price matched to save me some money!!!
A:AnswerYes, but will take modifications. The 02 Silverado is a 1 1/2 din stereo. I've installed many double dins in 01-02 Chevy trucks just be prepared and know what's involved. I recommend buying the installation kit I'm sure Best Buy can help with that get the kit that comes with a new bezel and mounting brackets to fit the 02 Stereo bucket. On the back of the stereo bucket is a steel bracket that needs to be removed it can be difficult but after trying many ways to remove it I recommend a sawzall. It is well worth the effort good luck.
A:AnswerYou need the unit that has Apple car play or google/Android. If it doesn’t have Apple car play it won’t mirror your phone. This unit will not because it doesn’t have the Apple car play or google version.
