Yes, it does fit, but you will need an installation kit which Best Buy sells (Part No. IBR-581FD). The instructions say to use the spacers that are included but I think it fits better without them, plus you will have to trim off these pieces the extend out from the rear of the brackets. The instructions for the radio seem to indicate that there are screws included but mine didn't have any. A quick trip to the Home Depot solved that problem. You will need them to secure the brackets to the radio. You might want to get the wire harness (Part No. IBR-WHFD4). It's not absolutely necessary but it will save you time and a lot of frustration. The wires are color coded exactly the same as the radio so there is no guesswork as to how to connect them.
