Yes but it would be Easier to hook the y adapter by the amps. That's way you would only have 1 RCA coming out of the back of the radio for your highs and 1 RCA for your subs then you can run a 4 Channel amp or you can run your second amp off the y Adapter

Yes you can, sometimes they only come with 2 rca’s so using the y rca’s it’s completely fine.
