How much Amp you need depends on the needs of the speakers, the size/shape of the box, the vehicle dimensions & how you wire them. I'd suggest talking directly to the installer @ Best Buy or lookup your car & recommended setup on the Crutchfield website. They tend to be over priced but their website & advice from professional installers is free. As a general rule you will likely want to make sure your amp(s) output at least the total rms needed by the speakers but I recommend more power than the max rating which allows you to run the Amp at a lower power level so that you don't risk overheating. Good luck! - Chris
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends how much u want to spend. Look at the subs you have and see how many ohms they are and the rms rating on the speakers. Sometimes they are advertised as 1000 watt but are about 600 watts. Kicker makes a 1200 watt rms amp it's like 300 it's a good amp.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depending on how you want to set them up you might want to do some reading and decide what's best for the way you want to set them up there is more then one way to set them up and more information would be needed to make a good choice on what would be a good setup if your looking for good sound there is more then just get any amp and plug them in way more then what I'm willing to get into here
