Should be plenty of power for that. With 300W @ 4 ohms and/or 500W @ 2 ohms, any efficient speaker will kick butt. Doesn't say what the distortion is, but @ 1,000 watts whatever the distortion is will double over whatever it is at 500W. As a digital amp, it should take no backtalk and thus have excellent damping. That said, this is a mono amp, so whatever your impedance on the speakers is will be cut in half due to the doubling of the conductance path. If your speakers are 4 ohms each that would be ideal, as the load presented to the amp would be 2 ohms. Or 4 ohms if each speaker is 8 ohms.
