Idk why but apparently best buy thinks its a good idea to let just anyone answer questions on THEIR web page for God knows what reason?? Really do not think have seen one question about this amp answered by someone qualified much less knowledgeable on the subject! That said to answer your question along wit the 2 ohms the rms wattage will be needed to answer it... BTW your sub is two 4 ohm speakers wired in parallel which reduces ohms down to 2 ohms, not bcuz there's two 2 ohm speakers... anyhow there's no way of knowing if this amp which is rated at 500 watts rms given the impedance of your sub is sufficient without knowing the given rms which you wish to run.
