Will this power 2 12 inch cerwin Vega speakers? null

Should have no problem at all. CVs are very efficient and built for power. At 300w @ 2 ohms, each will get 150w. Just make sure the total mixed load does not go below 2 ohms, which is two 4 ohm speakers in parallel. Or 1 ohm if the specs allow it, which is really the only way you're going to get 1,000 watts out of it.

what is the RMS rating and impediance for each driver? are they subwooters? wired in series or parallel for no less than 2 ohm nominal impediance...

No, I got 2 12 inch kenwood subwoofers.
