Should have no problem at all. CVs are very efficient and built for power. At 300w @ 2 ohms, each will get 150w. Just make sure the total mixed load does not go below 2 ohms, which is two 4 ohm speakers in parallel. Or 1 ohm if the specs allow it, which is really the only way you're going to get 1,000 watts out of it.
