Working for Nissan as a tech and replace a few back up camera I believe you will have to fabricate a bracket to install the camera in the factory camera location. Having installed this camera in my 2003 Nissan Altima that didn't have a camera to begin with I noticed that it has a different harness connector then the one I have seen on your 2013 harness connector. With out an adapter you most likely have to hard wire it to the factory harness. In that case I would recommend someone who has access to the factory wiring diagram to install it.

Once installed, shifting into reverse will let you check out the view behind you on your receiver's video screen. The camera captures a 128-degree horizontal view and 103-degree vertical view, so you'll really get the big picture — especially handy if you're trying to back up in a large vehicle or if you're towing something. It comes with a 24-foot cable and harness assembly that is long enough for most vehicles and includes a composite video connector, which means it'll work with almost any video receiver and the mounting bracket is included.
