“I am unable to connect to my dash cam and when I try to reset the device, on the screen that asks me to put in a password, the boxes for the numbers are blank. It makes noises when I try to change the numbers, but I can’t see the numbers at all.”

• Same issues for me. My screen went black. Completely useless device now. It makes sounds and the buttons light up blue but that’s it. What a waste.
