go to your WIFI setting and turn off all other auto join WIFI. the dash WIFI is not the internet, it is only WIFI from dash to phone for down loading video from dash to your phone. that is why your phone drop dash WIFI for better WIFI on your list by having only dash WIFI auto join it will stay on dash WIFI don't forget to turn on your other WIFI when done with DASH cam .... I find it faster and better video by taking sd card to a computer vis down load from dash to phone
