QuestionI'm trying to get Sirius on this radio. Kenwood says I need to purchase a tuner. I thought the radio was equipped to get Sirius. Can someone please help me. Thanks.

- Answer The KDC-BT572U does not include built-in SiriusXM. It is compatible with the SXV300 SiriusXM tuner which can be purchased separately.

- Answer Take it in if you have geek squad ... mine did the same thing but it ended up being a burned out fuse. They supposedly replaced it and worked for about 2 weeks. It started displaying the same message again :( ... guess I'm going back to geek squad
