This might help. If you go to your App Store on your phone you can download the Kenwood Remote App. The app gives you the ability to set everything up through your phone. That’s how I set my unit up. I attached a picture of what the app looks like.

Please try again later.When trying to hook up to a Bluetooth device you must first make sure they are compatible,then on most devices , you will want to make sure that the device you are trying to connect is discoverable/ visibal then you will turn on your Bluetooth, both devices should immediately start to scan for visibal devices, once they they have discovered each other pairing takes place on the devices that you are trying to connect if you want to pair to this device tap pair both devices should read connected or paired, if one or the other does not, usually you can contact the manufacturer or the retailer for futher help
