  • QuestionHow do you change water filters

    Asked by Ram56.

    • Answer Thank you for your question. To replace the water filter, remove the reservoir while the brewer is off and unplugged, take out the old filter, then soak and rinse the new one to remove any loose carbon. Insert the prepared filter into the holder, place it back in the reservoir, and reattach the reservoir to the coffee maker. Finish by filling it with fresh water and running a cleansing brew without a pod to ensure everything is working properly.
