“Do you have to remove the holder in oorder to use your own refillable cup? My older Keurig allowed me to put in a refillable pod without removing anything but my new Keurig Supreme does not.”

Try turning your pod with the flat hinge side towards the back of the machine. This worked for me.

The maximum cup height without removing the holder is 6"; if the holder is removed, the cup can be 7" tall. A refillable pod that is the same size as a standard K-cup should work fine; I haven't tried that.
