• Yes. I use often use the Keurig to make iced tea, using Lipton Iced Tea K-Cups. I fill a drinking glass with ice cubes and brw an 8-ounce cup of iced tea into that glass. It works well.

• If you get it to work, it has the capability to do hot and iced coffee. Frankly has many issues and I would avoid this unit.
