I absolutely love it at first time. Is programable so my coffee is ready when I get up in the morning. I also love that you can make an entire pot or just a single cup. The reservoir can be moved to either side or to the back of the machine. It also comes with a coffee scoop which is always useful. Very satisfied with the product and the experience. Stop working before a Month.

We needed a new Keurig so I bought this one as it is one of the newer models out.
Pros:
*Delicious coffee as always
*Brewer identifies the type of Kcup you are using and automatically changes settings for the perfect cup. It works surprisingly well.
*Using an app to brew coffee from anywhere is cool, but only if you pIan ahead and have the Kcup you want to use already inserted
*Has a very large water reservoir and the unit itself looks great
Cons
*Power cord is way too short, I have a small coffee bar setup and it barely reaches the wall outlet
*There is no clock on the unit. Although you can preset the unit to brew at certain times on days of your choosing, I liked being able to have the unit turn itself on so it’s ready when I wake up and I can choose the pod I want at that time. With that being said, the unit warms itself almost instantly so this isn’t a big issue.
*The unit will not allow you to make changes to ice brews. It forces you to use the 6oz option to create a strong brew that will not dilute as much when it pours on the ice, however my wife thought it was way too strong. It’s unfortunate you can’t change settings for ice brew, so I simply brew a cup on settings of my choice and then pour it over the ice, the old way of doing it.
If I had to buy it again I would without a doubt, but I wouldn’t consider it a perfected model just yet. 5 stars because it does what it’s supposed to very well, which is make delicious coffee.

The good: It makes a great cup of coffee with the Smart feature. It scans a QR code on the pod and makes the coffee based on the manufacturers recommendation for that particular flavor. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and how good the coffee tasted.
The bad :: Unfortunately, this coffee maker was a warranty replacement from my previous Keurig that worked for a little over a year. This one stopped working altogether after a little over a week
I would give 5 stars, but it stopped working after a week and a half.
I will amend my review after I get a replacement and see how long the new one lasts

I was hopeful when I bought this item. I liked the slim design, the large tank, the options to change the temperature of the coffee, and the 5 different cup sizes. I thought the multi-stream technology & programming via internet were interesting features also. I'd like to say that it was as good as I hoped, but sadly, it didn't turn out that way. Finally, I had to return it. My replacement, which is still a Keurig, is proving to be much better.
Fresh from the box we noticed a few things.
1. Multi-stream did seem to make for good tasting coffee, but it had it's own issues which I explain below.
2. With the previous model we had, I was able to use my 20oz travel mug, but with this one, my cup wouldn't fit, so be mindful of the size of the cup you're using. I had to make the coffee in one cup and transfer it to my insulated travel mug every time.
3. We had trouble getting it connected via wifi. Everyone in the house tried and got the same result. After a couple of days, it finally connected. This didn't bother me much, but I figured it should be mentioned.
The things previously mentioned were annoying, but it still made a good cup of coffee and we could live with it. Unfortunately, over the 2 months there were multiple times that it didn't recognize the pods. It would say there was no pod in it. With the multi-stream technology, that ended up meaning that we'd have to replace the pod. I tried reopening it and closing it. While admittedly, it DID recognize the pod after that, the coffee grounds and the coffee literally went all over the place.
My son likes to make ice coffee, which worked out well for him. On the other hand, I like my coffee extra hot. I set my coffee on the hottest setting, and it didn't seem hotter to me. I tested it both at regular and the hottest, to make sure I wasn't just being ultra picky. There didn't seem to be any difference in the temperature at all. I would have been willing to accept that, if it weren't for the other issues.
Finally, we had the coffee maker for only a couple of months. My son went to make a coffee yesterday. He set it to 10 oz., which is his typical setting. He tried several times and it produced no more than 2 oz. He had to run several rounds of hot water through it in order to get an actual drinkable amount. That was the last straw. We came to the conclusion that the unit may be defective between the temp not changing, not recognizing pods, culminating in it seeming to clog after 2 mo. use.
We returned it this morning. We decided not to get another of the same model. We were concerned about the same thing happening. While I have only used it one time, I can already tell you that...
1. The coffee from this model is MUCH hotter than the "hottest" setting on the K Supreme Plus Smart unit.
2. While my 20oz insulated travel mug barely fits, it DOES fit, and the coffee is delicious.
3. My son can still make his ice coffee.
4. Side point - this unit also has the time on it and can be programmed.
My conclusion on the K Supreme Plus Smart model is that it's got nice bells and whistles, but in the end, it's not worth it. While it could have just been a defective unit, I am not willing to give it a second chance. I can't speak for anyone else, but this is the impression of me and my family.

Hands down the best Keurig machine available.

This is hands down the best Keurig I have ever owned. I'm somewhat of a coffee snob, and brew coffee in multiple ways from Espresso to Vacuum. But, occasionally you just beat convenience when in a rush or when guests are over.
After my office model Keurig died, I looked at high end commercial machines, but reluctantly settled on this one. I was pleasantly surprised by how much better quality the coffee was. It's still not on par with even a cheap drip machine, but it's the closest that I've seen in any Keurig style machine. Plus, you can easily adjust the brew temperature and time unlike most others.
Not only that, but it's just an overall great design. The water tank is easy to clean and fill. The main unit is simple and easy to access/clean. And best of all, it's a tankless HX design, meaning there is no separate boiler inside that you have to worry about over-scaling and clogging. That's what happened to my older machine.
The only thing I don't really find value in is the SMART capability. In hindsight, I would have bought the model without this. I think it's fairly useless, and for whatever reason I could never get mine to join to our network anyway.

Makes a great cup of coffee! The temperature settings don’t seem to work though. I do like the large water container. It is stylish and I like how the tray has no lip on it so it is easy to slide a cup on and off of it.

First Coffee Maker- Love It

This is my first Keurig and my first coffee maker. I absolutely love it. I am not an avid coffee drinker, but I enjoy it from time to time. So why did I spend over $200 for a coffee maker if I don't drink that much coffee? Because it makes more than just coffee! I ENJOY brewing single servings of Lipton iced tea. Sweet tea is my beverage of choice and single servings help me to not overindulge. Tea is bad for teeth stains. I have tried hot cocoa but did not enjoy it. It really tastes best when made with milk, which you cannot do with this machine. The coffee that I have made I have loved. Instead of throwing out the cocoa pods, I brew the coffee but add in a pod of hot chocolate and you have a decadent beverage. I love the smart features. It knows exactly what settings to use for Keurig branded pods, and will let you manually brew the pods that are not.

This is our 4th Keurig and second Plus over the last 15+ years, we like the design, but it falls a little short on what we thought was a top-of-the-line brewer! There have been a couple of hiccups in the operation where the brew started and then stopped after just a couple of seconds and we had to restart using the same pod. Other times the system didn't recognize a pod was there?? But over-all it makes great coffee!!

This brewer is great. I've had a Keurig brewer for years. My old one broke after 13 years. I bought this to replace it. This unit is extremely quiet compared to my old one. The first time I used it my family was shocked because they hadn't heard anything from it. The ability to fine tune the settings of strength, temperature, and size of the brew is fantastic. I can customize my settings and save them for later use.
Since this brewer has smart technology and interacts with voice assistants I can have everything arranged the night before and wake up to a hot cup of coffee made just the way I like.

Solid coffee maker! Only complaint is that I've gone through a couple of them. Keruig is pretty good about replacing items when needed though. I've been using this one for about 10 months and have had no problems. Love it!

Makes good coffee we really like it. Perfect for us because we only make one cup at a time. It works fine without the internet but if you want the convenience of it recognizing your coffee pod and it using automatic settings you need to connect to the internet and you phone app. We had problems doing that and finally got it connected by not following the instructions. Hope you have better luck.

Best single serve coffeemaker I've tried

Caveat: this gets 5 stars for being a single-serve coffee machine and not a general multi-cup brewer or coffee maker in general.
It makes a really decent cup of coffee (when using reusable filter) and you use the max strength and temp settings (since Keurigs don't get to optimal brewing temp ever). You'll want to keep it under 10 cups if you want as full flavor that you can get from it.
Other than that, it's really a solid single-serving coffee maker--solid build quality and materials, nice footprint, and overall a decent addition to the kitchen.

Absolutely hands down the best coffee maker you will ever own. We owned a Keurig for over 15 years and we decided to get a the latest model and this is the best tasting coffee from a home brewer I have ever had. You can control your strength of coffee to meet your needs and plus it connects to Wi-Fi and to your Keurig app so you can customize your own cup of coffee. You have to buy new My Kcups if you use your own coffee instead of using the cups.
