    Quite easy to use . I like the way I can customize the strength, temperature, etc., of the coffee. So far, there have been no issues. I can make a 4 oz., cup, up to a 12 oz., cup.

    I love this coffee maker! I upgraded up the Keurig 2.0 500 series and I can definitely tell a difference in the taste of the coffee. I let it select the strength of the coffee for me depending on the size I choose. So far I have not been disappointed. I went ahead and signed up for the auto ship and received four free boxes of coffee/tea. I haven't run out yet or am low so I haven't received additional shipments yet. There are other options on this coffee maker that I have not used yet. The only drawback I would say is that I let it air out for over a week otherwise I had the plastic taste in my drink because the machine was new. I did run vinegar through, but that didn't seem to be enough to eliminate the taste.

    I love this thing, it makes great coffee and has a ton of different features that allows me to change size,temp, and how strong i want my coffee. It also hooks up to the wifi via the app and it was really easy and can identify what coffee pods i put in.

    This is a pretty nice unit, I was cautious at first. I really do not use the app, not sure the reason it exists. But Its there. Used to brew Tea 90% of the time. After 1 year it died,. It will noy power on. Working on getting it replaced under warranty.

    Great keurig coffee kcup machine I have used, easy to use can set favorite brew setting which is great also wifi access great also able to detect your kcup pods and brew them at best brew settings.

    I am a heavy coffee drinker so my Keurig machines get daily usage, sometimes 2-3 times in a day but nothing extreme. I bought this Supreme Plus to replace my previous Keurig. Frankly, a lot of foo-foo features that never get used but I would expect a $250 (total out of pocket) brewer would last longer than 2 years. Stopped working, no power = dead on almost 2 years to the day. Comes with a 1 year warranty which I can understand but a 2 year life span for a $250 brewer? No thanks. Long time user of Keurig but this is my last machine. Sayonara!

    One of the best cups of coffee I brewed. I am a smart home person, and I like the feature I get to control my machine via my phone. I would love to write more, but my coffee is awaiting me. :)

    Love the coffee maker. Pods are quite expensive, but the coffee tastes wonderful!! I am glad that I got the latest Keurig as it seems easy to use and clean. And the coffee is always fresh! Had never had one before so this was a treat for me!!

    I have own different keurigs over the years. This is by far the best one I own! Quite operation, the ability to customize different brands of pods, the adjustable temperature, the ability to select the strength of coffee and best of all five different cup sizes. The multi stream technology releases more aroma and richer flavor of each coffee pod you choose.

    I have owned Keurig coffee makers for over 15 years I purchased this item and the first one would not connect to WIFI second one connected the first time since it reads the pod you put in and automatically selects the correct brew setting you get a great cup of coffee every time well worth the hassle of returning the first one buy this one for the best cup of coffee ever

    I bought this coffee marker for two main reasons. First I only drink one cup of coffee in the morning and I wanted a small footprint on my counter top. This has worked out well for both my needs. I use the “My K Cup” and it easy to clean after use. Brewing temperature can get as high as 200 degrees, that’s a plus. I have yet to use the smart WiFi for anything but the initial set up and the extra year’s warranty.

    Bought the Keurig smart with WiFi in January 2023. Have had multiple issues with it not brewing completely, saying there is no pod in when I placed one in and finally it made a very weird sound today and then smelled like burning plastic it completely shut down and won't work anymore. It is frustrating for how much I spent and it didn't even last two years and if course it isn't under warranty.

    The best Keurig you can get. You pay for what you get so if you can afford this top of the line machine you won’t be disappointed. I like smart devices because of software updates and even this keurig is getting them. It’s fun to customize your coffee and compare to the brand’s QR pod code that tells the Keurig how to brew it.

    I've had this coffee majee for a few months, and we love it. The smart brew and cold brew features work well. Makes coffee quickly with minimal preheat time needed. Another great fearure is the ability to move the water reservoir location to the rear of the machine for a thinner profile.

    I love this coffee maker! I had to learn how it scans the QR code on the K Cup though. I have to place that QR code right in front of me when placing coffee pod in and it will scan it. Once I learned that, omg it was so neat! Even if the K Cup doesn’t have the QR code on it, the coffee will brew in the classic brew settings and you will still tell a huge difference in the taste of the coffee compared to the other Keurig models. Very happy with this purchase.
