Why does it take so long to brew a cup of coffee? null

It shouldn’t. I have a cup in about a minute after placing the pod in. May need to have it serviced.

Thanks for your question! It only takes 45 to 75 seconds, depending on the size selected. Brew time will be longer if a strength higher than “balanced” is selected, or if the machine has not brewed in a while.
