Yes it was! The installers service was very poor’ they made excuses, open the box realized something was wrong and told me that I needed to get some to drill outside my window and install window rails. They could not do the work or drill into bricks, but I should drill into the bricks. Needless to say, they left me with an uninstalled air conditioner during one of the worst heatwaves. They just did not want to do the work. I would never recommend them.
