“Hello, can this be used in a sleeve that already exists in an apartment? If so, what is the min size sleeve required? The sleeve that is there is a standard apart Fredrich sleeve that I see in many apartments. Does it blow hot air out back?”

I used it in an existing sleeve. The standard sleeve is 26' wide. The air conditioner was 24" wide. It comes with foam to fill in the space. I assume it blows hot air out the back, since none is coming out the front.
