“I have this icecream bowl and even if it is totally frozen the ice cream does not get firm anymore... is it possible that after some time the liquid in the bowl does not stay cold very long???”

• It is made to make a soft serve ice cream it can be put in the freezer to frim it up

• Is your ice cream mixture cold? It needs to be very cold before it goes in the frozen ice cream bowl, otherwise it will not freeze your mixture.
