- Answer Hello, KICKER here. If your car is equipped with the standard audio system, and not the premium, then yes, the KICKER CS 6x9 speaker will fit your factory opening. In order to not cut your factory harness, you will need to purchase a separate speaker adaptor harness (similar to this, check Best Buy for fitment, https://www.bestbuy.com/product/metra-speaker-harness-for-select-2002-2023-jeep-dodge-volkswagen-ram-multi/J7RX7Y8KC4). - Answer Yes you sure can same size as factory you can buy the kit for your f150 as i did in my 18 f150 and its a plug N play speaker mount and male ends plugs that go to you speaker and plug in to your factory harness
