Yes it will I have it on 12” Rockford Fosgate p2d4 sub in a ported enclosure

I have it powering a Kicker Comp R 12”. Plenty loud and turned down for my son’s car. My old 750w Kicker powers my 2 12” subs so I can’t imagine this would have any issues
