• Well the Memphis is rated at 750 rms and that Kicker does 800 rms at 1ohm so yes it will run it.

• Yes, it is one ohm stable but for your subwoofer, I would probably run with something with a little bit more power. Check out the next model up for the kicker CX I believe it is 1600 peak and 800 rms
