Can I run two 12 com c with this amp null

Make sound yes, blow your windshield out, no. To run comp subs you need a minimum of 300 watts RMS, this amp is too small to get these subs bumpin.

I would look for a monoblock 2 channel amp that has the same RMS output at whatever ohm range that your speakers call for.
