Is this a good amp to push a compR 10" woofer? null

Im running a total of 5 speakers.two tweets up front,two mids and one 10 inch sub

No. This amp is too weak to power up a CompR. How many speakers are you trying to run? Depending if it is one or two, look for a D class amp and make sure you wire to the speaker specs. One or two ohms.

That’s what I use it for, no issues, no complaints
