- Answer Yes, It fits under the passenger seat but does stick out a little bit in the "foot space" of the back seat passenger.

- Answer How do you have it hooked up. If you headunit does not have RCAs just tap into the which ever set of speakers you want. If aftermarket unit you will need to put male RCAs on the Kicker speaker wire ends. You can slice it or buy a set, Kicker makes one.

- Answer Product doesn't state that it's water proof. If I were to put it on a boat it would be under the captain chair or somewhere where water doesn't really get to.

QuestionI like to FEEL my music as well as hear it. At the same time, I don't need my trunk lid to rattle either. Can't decide to install under driver or passenger seat. Why do one vs the other? PROS/CONS you've had with your choice? Thanks!

- Answer Yes the unit comes with everything you need to set it up unless you want to hook it up to pre outputs on the head unit then you have to buy rca plugs to wire up to the speaker out plugs
