• Yes! They are adjustable. I purchased these for my four-year-old daughter and she uses them on the tightest setting possible however, I adjusted them and placed them on my head and they also fit once it’s expanded.

• They are great for teenagers my son is four and he loves them I bought him two pairs and I got a pair for my nephew and he is seven and they fit good on my head and I am an adult
