Yes. Kingdom Hearts Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix are the "final" versions of them. They say final mix because in the long (long, long, long, long, long) wait since Kingdom Hearts III was announced, the same games have been updated and re-released numerous times.

Final Mix just refers to the international versions that Japan got back in the day with ALL the content. Back in the Day, it went, Japan Release, Us Release with more content, then Japanese release again with MORE Content.
